• Improved transparency and communication with residents so that homeowners are aware of their responsibilities, up to date with the activities of their boards, and won't be charged for asking questions. 
• Consistent standards for how HOA boards operate to ensure the financial wellbeing of HOAs over time and avoid large, unexpected bills for repairs.
