2024 Carter Work Project Site: The Heights

The 2024 Carter Work Project launched Habitat’s construction efforts at The Heights, a major redevelopment of the 112-acre former Hillcrest Golf Course on St. Paul’s East Side. Twin Cities Habitat plans to build 147 homes at The Heights, making it our largest development to date. The broader development will be transformational for the East Side, delivering more than 1,000 housing units, 1,000 jobs, and a new community with greenspaces and amenities.
