Gift Planning is for Everybody

The truth is, even people of modest means can make a big difference!

Planned gifts provide the resources that create extraordinary opportunities for Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity's work in the community now and into the future. Naming Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity as a beneficiary in an IRA, life insurance policy, other financial account or in your will is one simple way that you can provide for Twin Cities Habitat’s future stability and growth.

Legacy Circle Membership Benefits

All donors who indicate in writing that they are including Twin Cities Habitat in their will or estate plan are eligible for membership and the following benefits:

  • Legacy Circle acknowledgment certificate
  • Recognition in the annual report, in the website and in publications (with permission)
  • Invitations to special Habitat events
