We are pleased to announce that Beth Pfeifer has joined Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity as the new Vice President of Land Development. As a licensed architect, Beth joins Habitat with over 20 years’ experience in all aspects of real estate development in both the private and public sectors. She has participated in a variety of projects, including affordable and market-rate single and multi-family housing, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
She brings leadership experience and expertise from site acquisition and design, entitlements, financing to construction and occupancy. Beth is the former board chair of Move MN, and former board member of the American Institute of Architects Minnesota. She participates in WIRED UP, Urban Land Institute, and Lambda Alpha International.
Academically, Beth has earned her Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Texas and is a LEED Accredited Professional.
