Raise the Roof was a Hole In One

This past week, on a gorgeous Monday afternoon, 128 golfers joined Twin Cities Habitat for the annual Raise the Roof Golf Tournament fundraiser.

Now in its 23rd year, Raise the Roof continues to be a fun way to spend the day outside at the beautiful Minneapolis Golf Club while raising money for Twin Cities Habitat. This year we raised a record breaking amount! Between sponsorship, silent and live auction, and fund-a-need, the event raised over $158,000 for safe and affordable housing in the Twin Cities.

“When you show up at this event for your first time or your 15^th time, you prove that you’re dedicated to building good homes and strong communities,” said Cathy Lawrence, Vice President of Resource Development and Community Engagement. “Your time and generosity truly do make a huge impact-because a stable home is a foundation where families build brighter futures.”
