#ThankfulThursday | Volunteer Spotlight
Volunteer QuoteIn the spirit of the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday, the team here at Habitat wanted to take inventory and reflect on what we’re most thankful for. What are we thankful for on this particular day? Our wonderful, fabulous, dedicated, caring, selfless volunteers!

So far this year we’ve had 16,524 individuals volunteer with Habitat for Humanity – helping out on home builds and A Brush With Kindness projects, supporting our office staff, and stocking and organizing our donations at the ReStore in New Brighton. Whether you’ve joined us as an individual volunteer, as part of a group build, or if you’re a member of a regular crew, we want you to know how much we appreciate your generosity with your time and your talents.

Because of your enthusiasm and dedication, we’ve accomplished a lot:

When we add up each day contributed by volunteers, it totals roughly 26,159 work days…which has made over 50 Twin Cities Habitat homes available for families to purchase this year.

Thank you for your continued support of Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity programs. We hope to see you on-site, at the ReStore, or in the office again soon!
