Calabrio, Inc. Donates Kids' Bikes to Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity Partner Families

This past summer, 90 Calabrio, Inc. staff came together to assemble 16’ inch wheel kids bikes to donate to Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity. The bikes were decaled colorfully with princesses from past Disney films and characters from Disney’s Cars franchise. Four of the bikes were raffled off to lucky winners at Twin Cities Habitat’s annual partner family event held at the Minnesota Children’s Museum. Over 700 families attended the event enjoying full use of the Minnesota Children’s Museums exhibits free of charge. In addition, Twin Cities Habitat community partners were on-hand to offer a variety of valuable resources to attendees. Twin Cities Habitat staff member, Alice Melton, stated “We were so thankful for the donated bikes!  It brings so much joy to our homeowners and their children to be able to ride away with an item that helps them remember the wonderful event as well as the organization that made their dream of homeownership a reality.” The remaining bikes will be given away at Twin Cities Habitat’s partner family summer picnic.
