Update 2- August 1, 2010
Site supervisor Anna Morrison’s team is hard at work on Fuller Ave. A big crew of volunteers is working on the spacious front porch, putting up framing and hoping to finish the porch’s roof by the end of the week. In the back, hardworking volunteers aim to complete the garage by finishing the roofing and the last of the siding. With the interior framing inspection passed, work will move indoors after this week’s projects. The next task will be waterproofing the basement to protect the old foundation of this gracefully aging St. Paul rehab.

Update 1- July 12, 2010
The Fuller Avenue rehab is well under way. On the home’s interior, framing is near completion and will be ready for inspection shortly. Led by Site Supervisor Anna Morrison, the group is working to preserve the home’s standing walls. On the exterior, the front porch has been torn off and is now being prepared for rebuilding. Around back, an eager team of volunteers is framing the walls for a new garage. Next steps for the site include several interior projects, with a plumbing inspection already passed and electricity and HVAC inspections in the coming week.
